Terms of service
Last updated August 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Sabia Partners website and the early-access list. The site describes Sabia and takes signups. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Product information
Product information on this site is general and may change. Nothing here is a promise of availability, a feature commitment, or an offer to sell. Any service relationship is governed by its own agreement.
The early-access list
Joining the list gets you email about Sabia and, when there is a slot for your organization, an invitation. It does not create an account, a licence, or any service relationship. If we invite your organization to use the product itself, that use will be governed by its own agreement, not these terms. We may decline or defer any request at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it beyond what our vulnerability disclosure policy invites, scrape it for spam, or submit other people’s email addresses.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Sabia name and marks belong to Sabia Partners. Third-party names and logos shown on this site (for example OpenAI, Anthropic and Cursor) identify the tools Sabia reads from; they belong to their owners and imply no endorsement or affiliation.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, Sabia Partners disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Sabia Partners is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date above changes with them. Questions: hello@sabiapartners.ca.
